Application
The pasteurizer is widely used for juice, milk, bio-pharmaceuticals, soybean products, Maggi Seasoning etc.
Technical characteristics
For sterilizing temperature, it can be set as pasteurization or high temperature sterilization, ranging from 50ºC to 100ºC adjustment.
All machine parts, which are touching sterilized product, adopt the material of stainless steel food grade. Casing gasket sealing element adopt food grade, product pipeline connection adopts DIN sanitary pipe fittings.
Equipped with digital display temperature control system and timing sterilization control system. At the same time, the sterilizing temperature and time can be adjustable depending on demand.
Components: compressor, water tank, milk tank, circulating water pump, foundation.
Adjustable sterilizing time 4-40 minutes
Adjustable sterilization temperature 50-99 centigrade, with automatic temperature control device, usually it will remaining at 85 degree celsius for half an hour.
Sterilize water tank equip with heat preservation facility and temperature compensation device, effectively ensured the balance of the water temperature inside the tank, sterilizing effect guaranteed.
